PrimePick — Return & Exchange Policy

At PrimePick, we strive to provide high-quality fashion products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which products can be returned or exchanged. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Valid Reasons: Damaged/defective product, wrong product delivered, or size issues.
- Conditions: Request must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery.
- Product State: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered for size mismatches or defective items, subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is out of stock, a refund may be provided instead.

Refunds are processed within 2 hours to 5 working days after approval. For prepaid orders, the amount is credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
5. COD Booking Charge (₹69)
The ₹69 charge is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery, cancelled after shipment, or returned due to change of mind/preference.
₹69 will be refunded ONLY if the product is defective, the wrong item was delivered, or the order was cancelled by PrimePick.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products.
- Items missing original packaging or tags.
- Items damaged by the customer.
- Final sale or clearance products.
7. Shipping Charges
Return shipping may be borne by the customer in some cases. However, if the product is defective or incorrect, PrimePick may cover the return shipping cost.
