PrimePick — Cancellation & Refund Policy

At PrimePick, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the terms for order cancellation, returns, refunds, and COD booking charges. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order:

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order, OR
  • Before the order has been shipped.
⚠️ Important (COD Orders):

A ₹69 booking charge is applied to confirm COD orders. This charge is non-refundable once the order is confirmed. If you cancel after confirmation or refuse delivery, the ₹69 will not be refunded.

b) Cancellation by PrimePick

We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion. In such cases, a full refund will be processed (including the ₹69 charge if paid online).

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Reasons: Damaged/defective product, wrong item delivered, or size issues.
  • Conditions: Request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 2 hours to 5 working days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.

✅ COD Booking Charge Refund:

The ₹69 charge is only refunded if the order is cancelled by PrimePick, the product is unavailable, or delivery is not possible from our side.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or washed products.
  • Items damaged by the customer.
  • Products missing original packaging or tags.
  • Final sale items.
  • COD booking charge (₹69) except in valid cases mentioned above.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items, subject to stock availability.

6. Late Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team.
